17th birthday (gift guide) // #OCTOBERWITHGRACE

A couple weeks ago (October 31st) was my 17th birthday!! This year I didn’t do much, which was actually pretty nice and it gave me a chance to relax. My family really spoiled me with lots of awesome goodies. And since I usually always take pictures of the gifts and cards I get (to look back later on)- I thought it would be great to share the pictures I took THIS year. It seemed like everything I got was pink and adorable so how could I not share?!? Hopefully this serves as a great gift guide for everyone who reads this.

Recently I saw the We R Memory Keepers typewriter and accessories at my local Michael’s and instantly fell in love. Some of my favorite scrapbookers and creators have been using typewriters for all kinds of things lately, and typewriter text is adorable on everything. I love the “We R Memory Keepers” typewriter products because all of them were created for crafters and scrapbookers. The thing holds 12 x 12 paper and even tiny “Project Life” cards.

I got the Creative Lettering and Beyond which are different ideas for lettering, then the Sharpie Art Workshop which is also sharpie art inspiration and ideas, and finally Nib and Ink which is an interactive book where you can actually write in it.

Do you or your gift receiving friend have a Polaroid already, but they have issues with having their pictures develop? Then this is a perfect gift because you can hook up your phone to the printer via blue-tooth and print photos from your phone camera roll.

If your a dog lover like me and have no shame in matching with your furry friend then the Friendship collar would be perfect. They come in all different patterns and sizes and are so gorgeous and comfortable.

Another gift idea for dog lovers out there are these canine admiring books!! Doodling For Dog People is enterative book and perfect for the creatives and past time doodlers. A Pugs Guide To Dating is written by the same author of the last book and its so funny!! Finally Breeds: A Canine Compendium is a beautiful watercolor dog breed book with little tidbits of each breed.

Ban.do is one of my favorite companies- their creator Jen Gotch is a such a creative girl boss. All the products are pink, bright, and so cheeky and brilliant. Coco was enjoying the After this were getting pizza yoga mat, and I was so excited to finally get one of Ban.do’s Agenda.

Its finally starting to cooler here in Texas and this sweater is so so soft- a perfect gift for you social media fanatic or blogger friend.

Shout-out to my amazing grandparents for my amazing Letterfolk board. I have seen these boards everywhere and I think they make for such great photo-ops and room decor. They come with lots of letters, and a canvas bag for them. Its so satisfying to change the message every once in a while and its oh so vintage

And yes, I am a 17 year old and I got a unicorn stuffed animal and glitter unicorn snot.

Be very jealous.

With the Polariods, Typewriter, and Letter board I am really feeling all the vintage vibes. I hope this gave you all some good gift ideas and appreciated all pink-ness and unicorn magic in this post. Thanks to my awesome fam again- love you!!
